Validity of attested copy

What Is The Value, If Any, As Documentary Evidence In A Legal Dispute Of The Attested Copy Of A Notarised (Noted & Registered) Document If The Original, Duly Notarised Document, Has Been Misplaced?

Thanks & Regards,

Kaushik.

The confirmation will depend to the place at which the original documents.the comments now placed for reading can be applied for only when genuine jurisdiction issues within the territorial jurisdiction of Inda.We generally find larger public interest is all about change of address in all the cards issued by the Government.Attested Copy has to be viewed as valid till such time a specific format is designed either by the Government or by the Judiciary.Kindly remember about the authorities competent to operate the clause of inheritence.Hoping the basic procedure amy bring respect to the judiciary...

If the documentary evidences produced this way has already been corroborated by supporting documents or pleadings, this may be taken up evidence even if it is objected by the opposite party, with an endorsement marked with objection.
