Validity of aryasamaj marriage

I have done aryasamaj marriage on 2 may 2017,I have certificate and photoes.it was done secretly for security and still families are not ready,they are unknown of this marriage,i am doubtful that my spouse may come under the effect of his family. So I want to enquire about the legal validity of our marriage on current date bcoz so many people advised me that without court Marriage I can't so anything.

Marriage performed in Arya Samaj is not valid unless it is registered by registrar of marriage.

Arya samaj marriage is performing from more than 200 years when the registration Act was not even passed.

Marriage performed in Arya Samaj is not valid in Rajasthan and banned by Rajasthan High Court.

Arya- samaj wedding is very much valid.
