sir I want purchase bbmp plot in Bangalore
owner name in sale deed mentioned as Ramakrishnappa but in bbmp documents like khatha his name is mentioned as Ramakrishna is this any problem in future his pan card his name is Ramakrishnappa

No facts have been posted for consideration and obligation.

What do you mean from the statement made by you that, "a sale deed executed by life interest holder ....."

Consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant documents for better appreciation of facts/ records, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

1. A "Sale Deed" with specific "Life Interest" clauses, is legally null & void.

It is advisable to get the same name for registration. However, if there has been a change, there shouldn't be much of an issue. In case of resale when TDS has to be deducted, ask the buyer to mention name as per PAN in TDS returns.
