Non-judicial stamp papers are issued by a particular state and its value is deposited in its treasury. so stamp papers issued by another state shall no work in a particular state.

If a company's registered office is in Delhi and corporate office at Gurgaon. Can it execute an agreement on a stamp paper procured from Delhi with Gurgaon address.
