hi every one.
two days back i went to Goa, their i came to know that liquor price is very low compartivly from hyderabad. me and my friends taken 8 bottles by paying money with permit . one permit allows a person can take 2 bottlesas per the permit rules, while returning to hyderabad in Goa check post they stoped us for enquiry. they asked us for show permit we given our permits after verifying they told us with permit also we are not suppose to take liquor out of Goa. they demanded us to pay fine RS1250 per bottile. after huge negotiations they left us after giving RS2000
we are help less at that time otherwise they will book the case we are ready to face that but some of my friends were in urgent for that we bribed to those persons.
here my question is is any validity for the permit in GOA. WHY THEY ARE GIVING PERMIT TO TAKE BOTTILES. GOVT IS GIVING PERMISSION IN GOA AND GOVT IT SELF IS MENTIONED NO TRANSPORTATION IS ALLOWED OUT OF GOA at chekpost
