My Client has come to me with a problem as follows :
"He has passed B. Sc (3 years Course) in the Year 2008 from Netaji Subhash Open University. Then after completion of his graduation, has admitted for B. Ed (2 Years) program from IGNOU in the Year 2010. Within the meanwhile he has admitted to Vinayaka Missions University for M. A (2 years) Course in the Year 2010 and both the courses were in distance mode. Both he has completed in the year 2012. He is also not awared of any existing University Law of both the Universities "

As I am not involved with such Category regarding my client's query, now appeared before you for the mentioned below queries.
1) Whether my Client may show both the M. A and B. Ed. degrees before any authority concerned?
2) Whether in case of a requirement for a M.A, B. Ed Candidate, my client is eligible for that or not?
