If i have signed a vakalatnama of an advocate for a case and later realised that he is not an advocate on record in supreme court,then can i appoint some other advocate?the former advocate has not filed the case yet.can he create any problem?

Hi
He can not creat any problem but you can gave complain letter against not recorded advocate, before bar councial of India.
