dear freinds
I do not get the information i shought for.I was told the reason that the said information is available with some other website other than the office where i asked for the info.
when i searched for the info i found nothing relevant.
kindly assist what would be the next cource of action

When did you apply for the Informations under RTI?? If more than 30 days, then file before the First Appellate Authority u/s 19 ( ! ) of the RTI ACT,2005.

Eventhough the information avaiable in other sources i.e.website. The information officer is supposed to give reply with the information to the applicant with certified. Otherwise the officer face penalty.
