Hello All,
I have rented out my piece of land to a wood merchant without having any document / rental agreement in place. Now I find difficult in vacating him and he has enjoyed my land with land without paying any rent for years.
I learned that he had producted fake documents like Land Agreement and used fake signatures on myself and submited it to various dept, like Fire , Pollution Deparment. Can I vacate him on this basis. Can you pls help with your insights on how can i vacate him.
