Vacating ATM after agreement expiry

Agreement for rental between me and the Hitachi Payments (ICICI ATM outsourced) has expired, but they are delaying the process of vacating the premises and I have orally agreed to rent out the same premises to another party who wants the place to be vacated and so do I . How to make the ATM get vacated as they are delaying the process and trying to buy time.

You'll have to serve a legal notice to them to vacate the premises within seven days, if they fail to do so, you can file for eviction in court having jurisdiction to entertain such a case

Hello Sir,

Is there any solution which is very common in practice. I heard from one of my friend and some other people that if you close the shutter, the bank people will come to you with immediate solution as they are answerable to the bank even if the ATM is closed even for one day without functioning. In this way you can negotiate a quick eviction of the bank people. Though it's not a legal advise its effective. Will this help me. Please advise.
