Vacancy year

My query is that if promotion for vacancies of RY 2013-14 in Higher Grade is done in 2014-15. Then, vacancies arising on such promotion in lower grade will be considered for which RY, Is it 2013-14 or 2014-15. Please provide some case laws, if any.

You have to visit the service rules and the promotion rules of your department for upgrading your knowledge on the subject, if you have further queries on the subject, you may consult a service law practising lawyer in your locality for proper opinion.
