Using of headphones while driving

Dear all,

Though it is convenient for a person to use a headphone connected to a mobile while driving but it is absolutely dangerous for both the driver and the other common public. The concentration of the driver who uses the headphone will be entirely on the conversation and it is quite possible he may loose his concentration on the driving. Please friends kindly convey your views in this regard. Thanking you

@Author

You are very right. Even if we read the law, it says "Using Mobile Phone" is punishable. So even if you are using earphone, bluetooth etc, then also it is implied usage of mobile phone which is punishable with Rs.1000/- and it is to be paid before the court.
