Use of LOGO Agreement

Dear Learner,

Much before a legal it is a business call first.  Go and have a word with business head of the Organization who will explain how tomorrow on need based scenario call can be taken on this.   Otherwise to my mind simple communication by way of letter or mail by the principle officer is enough no format is necessary.

let me explain in little more detail..

my client is having group of campanies n using the same logo in all the companies. so the company which is the owner of that logo i.e. in the name which that logo is registered, must execute an agreement for using this logo by any other group company..

so i need the format of the above captioned agrrement regarding use of logo...

i think now u get what i want to say.. if not, then do let me know..

i know the above websites.. but no format is available in these two wesites..

there must be an agreement before using the same..! coz ultimate owners of the company are shareholders and the same are different..!
