What is the role of Legal Notice (Advocate Notice ) to Other party, In My case i have send Legal notice to My wife and concerned persons about there cheating , fraud & cruel activity.
After receiving the legal notice they have filed , 498a, Crpc 125, DV act , IT Act, 470 .. against me and my parents...
Now tell me what will be the roll of Legal notice in this case... Will it help to me as in the defending document , supporting document in my case.... Please give me more details...

If i present to the court & concerned authority , all this false case are filed only after the receiving legal notice ... Will this point will help me in front of court @ evidance trail.
