Use of Indian Partnership Act 1932 for dissolving firm

Hi ,

I would like to know  on which day is buissness closed ( food restaurant) if  any of the partner is using the the IPA 1932 Section 43.. for dissolving the firm.

"43. Dissolution by notice of partnership at will - (1) Where the
partnership is at will the firm may be dissolved by any partner giving
notice in writing to all the other partners of his intention to dissolve the
firm
."

I have searched online and it says. the firm is dissolved from the day the notice is given or the date mentioned in the notice.

My point is I want to dissolve the firm and would like that all the buissness activities should be stopped immediately and the accounts should be settled as early  as possible.

moreover the property of the firm is on lease. so i would like to vacate that too.

I would like to have answers to following

1) I would like to have police protection as the other partners would hire goons or blame me for one thing or other. . What shold i do for that.

2) How to close the buissness if even after notice they are not closing the buissness.

3) what is the max time for handing back the rented property to owner.

Thanks

Aftab
