Usage of common passage

Dear All

My front side has a road which was common passage for me and my neighbors. In my opposite site there are some neighbors but these common passage was not for them. Recently the road was paved and they want to used these road although they have common passage separately. My question is they can use these road. for your better understand I sent you a file inn attached.

Quick Summary
A homeowner is questioning whether neighbours, who have their own separate passage, can use a recently paved road that was previously a common passage for the homeowner and their immediate neighbours. The consensus suggests that if the road is a municipal or public road maintained by the local authority, then anyone, including these neighbours, has the right to use it, regardless of its original designation.

Once it is meant for public usage and roads are laid by the local authority, not only your neighbors, anyone can use the road.  The query is not stating facts as to whether the owners of the road permitted local authorities to use it as a public passage and laying of the road is important.

What is the harm if they use the road?  Is it a common road maintained by the Municipality/Panchayat/ Housing colony?
