Urgeny problem

'A' a session judge while granting anticipatory bail to accused "B' who is a foreign minister of India imposes a condition that 'B' shall not leave country without prior permission of court. Is the condition imposed by Session Judge valid???

whether Minister is bound to follow judgemenet????????

Yes off course FM is bound to follow the Court's order failing which his AB may be cancelled.Law of land is Supreme not a post. Anyway whats the Urgency dear?

Yes the order of the Sessions Judge is correct. The condition impossed on the foreign minister of India is admissible under law and the Sessions Judge has the power.

there is no seperate law for FM .  The Dist., judge has power to impose the conditions. If you to get rid of it then file an application for relaxation of condition in the same court.

law is equal for all whether he is finacial minster or any other.
