(1) Do the legal heirs of a Deceased Partner become partners automatically after the death of the Partner in partnership firm?
(2) If the answer to the above is "No", then under which section can I take objection to the above if the legal heirs were taken as partners without the consent of the surviving partner.

What has been agreed between the partners and endorsed in the partnership deed qua succession of LRs of deceased partner, accordingly partnership deed has to be perused / analysed to oblige.
