Ek cheque dishonor ke mamle mei urgent salah lena hai ek agreement mei 5 log hai pacho ke naam se cheque hai cheque dene wala ek hai agreement ek hai purpose ek hai waise condition mei pacho log ki taraf se ek combined notice jayega ya pacho log alag alag notice bheje ge.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses an urgent query regarding cheque dishonour under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The user has a situation with five individuals, five cheques, and five agreements, where only one person issued the cheques. The core question is whether a single joint notice or five separate notices should be sent to the five individuals involved. The advice provided suggests that if five separate cheques were issued and dishonoured from different accounts, five individual notices are necessary as they constitute separate offences.
