Ek cheque dishonor ke mamle mei urgent salah lena hai ek agreement mei 5 log hai pacho ke naam se cheque hai cheque dene wala ek hai agreement ek hai purpose ek hai waise condition mei pacho log ki taraf se ek combined notice jayega ya pacho log alag alag notice bheje ge.

In your transaction there 5 people involved. You have 5 cheques and 5 agreements then you have to send 5 notices to 5 persons.

पांचों लोगो को एक संयुक्त नोटिस भेजना होगा।

यदि पांच चेक जारी किए गए है और पांचों अलग अलग खातों मै अनादरित हुए है तो यह अलग अलग अपराध की श्रेणी के अंतर्गत आते है ऐसी स्थिति मे पांचों को अलग अलग नोटिस भेजना चाहिए
