urgent plz reply

Hi everyone plz suggest me a procedure in 498a and 406 by wife .i want field both cases against my husband.but he is a student and no any property.i am a govt. Employ and a flat alloted on my name.no kids. Kya main apne husband se intream and maintance and alimony le sakti hu. Plz reply

Plz reply sir kya mera husband mujh se aliomny and maintance le sakta h ya nhi.mujhe mere advocate ne kaha ki tumhara husband tum se maintance le sakta h agar main 498a and 406 ka case karti hu to. Plz reply sir

You cannot lodge 498a/406, you cannot claim maintenance, but your husband can claim maintenance under certain circumstances
