Please provide me an application format and procedures to be followed for filing an application before the High Court for quashing of a charge sheet filed on the base of false complaint given by a wife against husband and his parents under IPC Section 498A / 506 / 323.

The petition for quashing will be filed u/s482 of Cr.P.C. Engage a lawyer to do the drafting.
