urgent order

It meens courts is not in the mood of passing such urgent order without hearing oppsite party. After service of summon court will pass the order accordingly.

Court do it procedure and  issued an urgent notice to your opponents after hearing them court decided and give order.

In addition, you may note that while excercising the power on Stay Courts are not though bound but as per their descrition they can send the urgent notice i.e. by dasti or returnable in a couple of days or so and can hear only in presence of other party(ies).

There is nothing called urgent order. Any matter if is of serious nature and will result in adverse position may be considered as urgent to the court but even in that case Court can only direct and there is no such urgent order.

Even there is nothing said by abe as urgent notice.
