My uncle has decided to speak them and tell them to vacate first ... if they're not ready to ... he will probably sell it to someone who is ready to buy the property and then, have them vacated ... since with a new seller he will not have an option .. my uncle thinks he will vacate ... will keep everyone posted on how it goes.
