Anita did not succumb to the undue presuures from her bosses.
Anita was terminated from service, without assigning any reason in 2009.
F&F was supplied.Payment was made as F&F. Anita rejected F&F since it was not correct, and asked for inspection of her personnel file at Head Office.She filed complaint with labour concilliation officer and after failure of concilliation excercise her case is in labour court.
Letter was sent stating for any pending queries she may contact 1Mr/Mrs.............2Mr/Mrs...............

Anita sent unlimited number of repreentations by email for supplying the form 16 for period April08 to March09 and stated that she requires it to fulfill her obligation to file her return and claim refund, and company is duty bound to supply it to her.
but till date form 16 is not supplied and company has not replied to a single email.
Last date of filing return is 31st march,2011.
Can she complain ?
To whom and where she can complain.??
What could be the penalties imposed on the company.??
Anita wants to get examplary punishment on people responsible for ruining her life and career.
