many companies selling fruad products on online n people are buying thinking them as original products n thats consist ayurvedic medicines n many more people are at high risk please suggest how to take action against them.they are selling duplicate of original products that show on tv n people are buying please help me how to take action against them

If they r doing online,you can file a complaint to cyber police & under the cyber law

just go to google n type cyber cell and state name and the respective state website will be shown.

File the complaint under the cyber law IT amendment act 2008,if you can classify the Original & dublicate products & you can prove your case,only then file a complaint.
