I have procured stay orders from honorable district session court for a joint land against a miscreant party and defendant's appeal to High court Shimla is pending
now as per reliable sources he is planning to forcibly grab it during dussehra holidays .
what is the remedy for disobeying these stay orders during dussehra holidays.please suggest so that we can pre-plan in advance for this adverse situation
Seek police help, showing the stay order passed by the Court, when the defendant attempts to take forcible / illegal possession.
High Court Shimla has not vacated the stay order, isn't so ?
