Urgent advice required on Divorce

Hi, I got married to a guy in April'14 by emotional torture of my family. On same day after marriage, I flew away to different city and never spent a single day with the guy. On Aug'14, I asked for divorce and that person signed the divorce paper and section 31b docs as well in front of a lawyer. Would like to know if he can still backout from his decision and what will be the consequences? Since my whole family is against me,How I can get separated from the guy without making more issues with the help of those docs? whether there is any clause of staying together for certain period of time before filing divorce? If I don't have any relation with him till one year of marriage, whether it will help me to get the marriage considered as null & void? When I can marry to other guy and what are the pros and cons of this whole case?
