my client went to atm to withdraw money and withdraw money but at the same ime some thief withdraw money from the atm and then the bank authorities without any proof decline to give the money to my client withdrawn by the thief then under which section we can file the case against the bank authorities for wrongly holding money and doing enquiry and stating wrong facts which donot excist at all so that my client cannot get the money back
