"Whether any High Court can make any Rule regarding Fee for Application under RTI Act ?
If yes then plz. tell the Section of RTI act.

RTI Act 2005 is guided by the RTI Rules of the respective States. It is the State Government which frames rules regarding the procedures and the fee. High Court has no authority to encroach upon the rights of the legislatures.
