Urgent

Please guide Plaintiff has filed a civil suit in which he averred that he had wrongfully transferred his estate because he was suffering from some mental illness from a long time, however no such proof of such illness has been submitted by him as an evidence. But in the mean time the other party has come to knowledge that the plaintiff has opened an bank account and somehow they managed to obtain a copy of the newly bank account. Whether this bank statement can become a evidence in a court that the plaintiff has an sound mind and as he opened a bank account in the name of the plaintiff
