Wife filed reply to divorce petition saying she wants to come back. She files DV where in one section it is written right to residence-respondents should not try to communicate with the petitioner n should not enter the portion of house where petitioner lives. On other hand she files RCR and wants to live with hubby Can this contradictions be questioned ?

No contradictions here Victim.

This is the trick most wives use to separate their husbands from his parents to live alone in a separate house.

She or the court cannot force you to live with her if you are not willing to.

So, decide your course of action based on whether you have love or trust still left for your wife.
