Dear Sir,
As we are applying for Deemed conveyance Deed for our Co-Op Hsg Society in Nallasopara, we are in requirement of 'ULC' (Uraban Land Ceiling Certificate). our builder has not handed over the same to us and we urgently require. Please let us know the procedure to get the same.

Dear concern,
As far as concern, ULC is not required for Conveyance Deed because as per our knowledge and we get the information from Federation that most of the Land are counting in Agriculture, so that there is no need for Conveyance deed process,
If you are member of MSWA kindly confirm from them.
