Upper agew limit to hold a power of attorney

Just as the minimum age to Hold a Power Of Attorney is 18 Yrs.

Is there an UPPER AGE LIMIT for any peson to Hold a Power Of Attorney just like RETIREMENT AGE ???

Is it LEGAL for a person of 63 yes age hold POA for somebody ?

Yes, 18 year or morethen 18 year age person hold power.

18 year complate or morethan years

So a 70 year old man is not considered as RETIRED and he can execute POA for somebody
