A pvt ltd has headquarter in chennai & has branch office at lucknow.A person is appointed on Probation with location Moradabad,later he was transferred to Delhi & later to Faridabad.His probation period ended while he was working in faridabad & the company did not extend his probationary period & he was discharged from service.The employee wishes to file an application against his dismissal as per UP ID Act,Section 2A.My question is 1-At which places he can file the Case in the Assistant Labour Court/Tribunal. 2-The dismissed employee has filed a case in Bareilly ALC Court.If the Bareilly ALC Court has Judrisction to hear this Case as per UP ID Act?
