Sale deed for property made at Rajasthan and presented before the sub-registrar without signature of the vendee but vendee was present and signed other document as witness at the same time. The sale was effected on behalf of one trust on the basis of one Power of Attorney but the Power of Attorney is in personnel capacity. The property belongs to me and not to the Venors and/or either of them. Please help that how I can proceed to get cancel the said sale. Please note I and the Vendors all are the residence of Bombay and the Property which was sold is at Rajasthan.
