Case:
A provident fund was recognised and subsequently became unrecognised. Is there any way to chalenge reassessment proceedings and get the employee an exemption?
The jurisdiction is not open to question.
Case laws would be much appreciated.

Absolutely academic question, read the concerned law books or clarify from your professor, in this place, the queries related to legal solutions to the needy are properly entertained and it is not a tutorial class to teach law to students.

Dear Sir,
I thank you for your response. Although it was extremely rude, in bad taste and presumptive, i will excuse you for it. This was actually a practical query from a case i am working on with a senior during an internship. i did not disclose all the details because it is confidential, so i limited my query to the question posted. i have also found a solution for the same so you may get off the high horse of your seniority.
Thank you
