hi i m a students from a dental college in haryana. we have our total fees of 6.5 lakhs per annum but we ppl are forced to pay sum of rupees 2.5 lacs more per annum for which we have no records and this fees is taken as developmental charges by college athourity .there is no record for this fees which we are paying. hostels are made compulsory unneccessarily no matter we avail hostels or we dnt fees we have to pay.
is there any solution to this problem
