This is about my sister.
She & her daughter is living with a married man for last 6 years like a family. Man's first-wife left the house in 2000 permanently by her own wish and was not tracable till 2006. But they are not divorced. Now unfortunately that man has died & my sister does not know what she should do if first-wife comes back and claims her right on her living house & make her homless along wit her daughter. Is there any hope for my sister according to law.

when the first wife is not came till now... then why your sister afraid that she will come now.
