i want to know about is it valid to pay my three month salary to my employer as a panalty to quit job after the completion of probation period. sir one of my friend who recently resign from mbgb bank and he was paid average of three month salary even he was completed probation period. and one of friend who also resign and she will pay one month salary *3 . hr manager said that either you notice 3 month advance or pay 3 month salary .sir my question is , Is it possible to predict 3 month advance result ? or it is any rule after completion of probation period pay 3 month salary ? is it valid rule ? please suggest me what kind of action i should have to take against bank management.and where to start . please suggest me ,give me reply as quick as possible.
