my client has a unique problem.
The story starts from here that my client and his wife was in love through fone. his wife watned to marry with my client but at the same time she doesnot want to tell her parents about this marriage. so finally my client and his wife performed his marrige in his home (Boys Hm) without informing any one. no one was present at marriage time over there except the family (Parents of my Client) of my client and only girl. the marriage was just putting sindur to the girls and nothing else and its a only 6 months old story.
now there is a dispute between my client and his wife and he want to take divorce.
is ther any chance to take divorc?
