Uniform Retiremnt age for state Government employees.

Under the Constitutional schemes, Pension is a subject that falls within the State list, and as a result evry state in India has its own retirement age of State government employees. From early 1950s there has been so much litigations over the retirement age, and some State may take advantage of this Legislative power as in the case of Prabakhar Rao and Others vs State of Andhra Pradesh and others. I would like to have the views of the members, whether this Legislative power of the State should be shifted to List I, so that there will be uniform retirement age of all the State Government employees.

Yes. First of all let us have unitary form of government. Fragmented society and fake federalism have destroyed this country.
