Uniform Advocate Fee structure

Shall there be a uniform Advocate's fee structure applicable all over the country?  What should be barest minimum feeeven the raw junior shall be paid?  If a fee structure is evolved how to implement the same?  These questions are peritinent in view of the fact the High courts are fixing the Advocate fee that will be charged in the decree irrespective of ground realities and litigants, including Corporations taking a raid on advocates by taking advantage of unfortunate feeling of competition or feeling of helpless of many a advocate?  I may not be mistaken for raising a sensitive issue.

can you suggest a method to work out uniform fee structure, both for the work done outside the court and before the court?  And what are the factors to be taken into consideration for fixing the advocates fee scale and its periodical revision?

Effort should be made to have consensus for having unifrom minimum fees. There is free legal aid for poor people. It is the advocates who start practice do not get appropriate aid. Thus if consensus is generated that no body will charge less than the minimum fees, we can have uniformity. The seniors and experts, specialists can always charge higher as per their wish. However it is charging less fees by every body is creating uneven competition.
