Unfair means case

Sir I appeared in 3rd semester in that semester I got UFM (Unfair Means) for some reason( but I am not Debarred or Rusticated by University). My whole semester was cancelled I got failed.and got ATKT remark. After that I cleared whole Failed paper in next semester . So in govt job attestation form there is question that you are Debarred or Rusticated in exam which option I can choose Yes or No?

Quick Summary
A student faced an Unfair Means (UFM) case in their 3rd semester, resulting in a cancelled semester and an ATKT remark. Although they failed all subjects that semester, they subsequently cleared all failed papers in the 4th semester without any drop year. The student is seeking advice on how to answer the question 'Are you debarred or rusticated?' on a government job attestation form, given they were not officially debarred or rusticated by the university.

In my view, you can opt for "No". However, please be honest and truthful as to the information disclosed.
