We are hindu undivided family with ancestral house. we are two daughters to my parents they are still living.
My youger sister would like to relinquish rights on house for some XYZ amount of consideration. My house is on my father name this is ancestral house devolved from my grandfather.
Is it valid to execute relinquishment deed on undivided/non-partitioned joint hindu family house?. My sister has right to get share from house but not intrested in partition or division of the house and would like to release rights to avoid future disputes.
