In absence of approved layout ,Govt. having right to demolish strucures in future without giving notices to the possessor.

Purchasing a plot in an unapproved lay out is one subject and encroachment of the same by some third person is another subject which has got no relevance to each other. For the first part my friend Mr. Ramachary has give a very valuable opinion and for the second part, the encroachers are to be dealt with through criminal laws as well as through civil laws for relief and remedies, approach a local lawyer and proceed as per his advise.
