Ulc kondapur

Dear Experts,

I have a plot in Kondapur and it doesn't have ULC.

I heard that some of the plots doens't require ULC approval. Could you please tell me how do i check that.

Also one of the brokers said, he can get the ULC approval from GHMC and clear the LRS?

Should i trust him.

Dear Chary, Thank you for your response. I have 300 sq.yrds in kondapur which is 250 sq meter. Do you know if there is a website or anything where I can check if I plot is ulc exempt. Or where should I get this information. But apparently my plot requires ulc approval. Thanks
