Dear Sir/ Madam,
My Grandfather has purchased a site and constructed a house in bangalore. He had built Ground, first and second floor in this property. He had written a will stating that first floor will be my mother's and ground and second floor will be my Uncle's. Now that building is around 36 years old. If the building needs to be demolished, will my mother be eligible for the undivided share in the land area of the property. Please suggest.
