dear sir,
I want to know that after proceeding of 143 of UPZA & LR Act the nature of the land changes agriculture to residential (Abadi). If the land holder sold a plot area 100 sq. yds to other person after that someone is going to purchase the above-said plot by taking a home loan from a bank. my question is this that is there any need of previous mutation of a plot of 100 sq. yds. in khatauni is needed in the name of the seller ? whether it's a residential land after proceeding of 143..?
