Brother,
My ex has filed monthly maintenance and Interim maintenance u/s 125 crpc and now after 3 months filed another maintenance u/s 24 HMA for interim maintenance after she has changed her lawyer.
My lawyer is saying we will go for time petition u/s 24 on next date and for crpc 125 will ask for mediation.It is good.
Is asking for the same refief under different section in the same court is allowed.
Can I go for quash in HC.
Please advice.

Looks like a proffesional beggar. Begs at all places. Same thing can be followed in courts too. She can ask alimony/maintenance under different sections of law in different courts, but alimony/maintenance will be given only at one court/case, and not at all cases/courts.
