Hi, Wife filed 1 recovery case in Crpc 125 and 1 recovery case in DV, same time. I heard that at at a time only 1 recovdry case can be filed. pls. help. any case law or provision in maintenance digest.

the cases can be filed but she will be entitled to get maintenance only in one case.

In recovery case of DV. Judge said that next date he will issue warrant. I have delhi HC case law of Rachana Kathuria.Will it work? or pls provide specific case law, which stops at least 1 recovery case.

What is the Judge issue a warrant for here?
The lady is entitled to invoke various provisions of law however, her compensation will not come through all.
